Purpose and Functionality

The Card Attributes API provides enriched data for any credit card based upon its Primary Account Number (PAN) or for any Bank Identification Number (BIN). If you have “advanced” access, the lookup is based on the entire PAN. If you only have "basic" access, you can only perform lookups based upon a 6 digit BIN.
