redact
A new VGS Alias has been created for a data element in a vault. This can be performed either in-transit using a proxy service or via the Vault API.
reveal
A VGS Alias has been converted back into the original version of the data. This can be performed either in-transit using a proxy service or via the Vault API.
delete
A VGS Alias has been fully deleted from the vault. This represents a situation where a VGS Alias is no longer valid because VGS has removed the originally aliased value from a vault.
re-alias
A VGS Alias is created for a data element that has already been stored in the vault using a different alias format.
de-alias
A value that has multiple VGS Aliases with different alias types has one of the VGS Aliases removed.
fingerprint
A VGS Alias is created for a value that has previously been entered into the VGS Vault. In this case, rather than generating a new VGS Alias, the same VGS Alias will be provided.
